Items received faulty or damaged during transit please contact us on here as soon as possible so that our customer service team can assist with your inquiry. Claims must be made within 7 days of purchase supported by a photo or a video for a replacement, exchange or a refund.
Exchange or credit can only be returned on items that are unused or brand new. Change of mind on purchase cannot be refunded as we are not required to do so. Unfortunately we are unable to accept change of mind on vaporisers and used smoking paraphernalia or some returns due to the nature of the items.
If your order has already been shipped then unfortunately we’re unable to cancel it. However, feel free to email your inquiry.
If the item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible. We are always happy to replace, refund or credit faulty items. However Items cannot be returned if it’s been used.
